I love oatmeal. It's healthy, filing, and (the way I make it) tastes like dessert with way less calories. Since today was a stay home day, I decided to experiment and bake some gluten-free, sugar-free oatmeal squares sweetened with bananas, raisins, and of course apples :). Ingredients: 1 Apple 1/2 Banana 2 Medium eggs 1 Handful raisins 2 cups Toasted oats (raw oats dry roasted in a frying pan, adds a nice nutty flavor) 4 tbsp Chia seeds 1/2 cup Almond milk Cinnamon (to preference) Steps: Baked at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
